How Care Plans work

What's a "design hour"?

One hour per month of design/layout/copy changes to existing pages. Fix typos, swap images, change colors, adjust layouts. Work with you or async via email. Use-it-or-lose-it, doesn't roll over.

What about net-new pages?

Net-new pages are always separate work, never included in the plan. Always scoped first. Non-retainer clients pay $250/hr. Retainer clients use their monthly hours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month, cancel anytime before the next billing date. You keep your site, all content, domain. No penalties, no lock-in.

What if I need more than 1 design hour?

Extra hours are $250/hr. Or upgrade to a Partnership Retainer for 8–28 hours/month at a much better rate ($210–$170/hr depending on tier).

Is there a minimum contract?

No. First month is paid upfront, then cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-month, you don't get a refund (it's prepaid), but there's no penalty for leaving.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any renewal. E.g., start with Essential, later upgrade to Publisher when you want to self-publish. Changes take effect next month.
