How Care Plans work

What's a "design hour"?

One hour a month of design, layout, and copy changes to your existing pages. We can fix typos, swap images, change colors, or adjust layouts, working with you live or over email. The hour does not roll over.

What about net-new pages?

Brand-new pages are separate work and are not included in the plan. We scope them first. If you are not on a retainer, they are $250/hr. If you are, they come out of your monthly hours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. It is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. You keep your site, your content, and your domain. No penalties, no lock-in.

What if I need more than 1 design hour?

Extra hours are $250/hr. You can also move to a Partnership Retainer for 8–28 hours a month at a much better rate, with extra hours at $210–$170/hr depending on tier.

Is there a minimum contract?

No contract. It's month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like. If you're not happy with the work, just ask and we'll refund your most recent payment, even mid-month.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any renewal. For example, you might start with Essential and move up to Publisher when you want to publish yourself. Changes take effect the next month.
