What counts as "delivery" for the 30-day clock?
Delivery is when we hand you a working, live website (or completed deliverable). The 30 days starts from that date. We'll confirm the delivery date in writing.
What if I ask for a refund after 30 days?
The refund window runs for 30 days from delivery. After that it has expired, but if something is wrong with work we delivered, talk to us and we will make it right.
Do I keep the domain and content if I get a refund?
Your domain and the content you provided were always yours, and they stay yours. The build itself, meaning the design and code, becomes yours when the project is paid for. A refunded build is not kept. Exact ownership terms are in your agreement.
What about the retainer — can I cancel mid-month?
