Do I need to know WordPress?
No. The WordPress editor is intuitive and works a lot like Google Docs. We set up the templates, and you focus on writing.
What if I need help with a post?
Your Care Plan includes up to 1 hour a month of design and layout help. Bigger work is billed hourly ($250/hr) or covered by a retainer.
Can I add custom functionality?
Yes. Need a form, calculator, or custom feature? We can build it. That's additional hourly or retainer work, not included in the base package.
What about security and backups?
We host the WordPress side on Pressable, a managed WordPress host. Daily backups, a firewall, malware scanning, and automatic updates are all included in your Publisher Plan ($129/mo).
Can I migrate from my old WordPress site?
Yes, through our Website Rebuild package. Keeping WordPress and adding a fast new front end is $4,000, and we review your current site before we quote.
What if I want to stop the Care Plan?
You own everything, and you can take your WordPress site and data with you anytime. We recommend keeping the plan for security and updates, but it is entirely your choice.
